為何要說三遍「僅供參考」呢？
1 英國小學畢業考試SATs雖說是全國統考，但是很多學校都不參加，尤其是私立學校，所以只有參加考試並提交成績給教育部門的才會參與這個排名。而且這個考試是畢業考試，題目比較基礎，以過關為主，並非重點（或頂尖）學校選拔考試。往年考試題目可在GOV網站上下載。考試科目是英語（閱讀理解、語法拼寫和標點、寫作評估）和數學（算術和應用題）。
2 畢業考試都是在小學內部進行，監考老師也是學校內部老師，不乏有的學校為了爭取好成績而幫助學生答題，成績不一定非常真實。
3 有的學校學生很少，有一兩個學生成績不夠好的就會把整體百分比拉低很多，每年成績浮動可能會很大。
4 成績排行榜只占學校評價的很小一部分，家長選校還要綜合評估，看Ofsted報告，看學校網站介紹，親自帶着孩子去學校感受一下，聽聽學生家長的評價等等。
英國Top 100小學排名
* Expected：Expectedstandard 標準水平。也就是學生英語閱讀和數學分數達到100（Scaled score），英文寫作測評達到標準。
* High：Higher standard 優秀水平。英語閱讀和數學分數達到110（Scaled score）以上，英文寫作測評達到「Greater depth 」。
* Ofsted：今年最新評級更新，Outstanding（卓越），Good（優秀），Requires Improvements（需要改善），Inadequate（不足）。
* 此排行榜內所有學校的的達標率（Expected）都是100%，所以只需看優秀率（High）的排名。
